A Knee Length Police Raincoat reversible to Orange/Black. Clear coated Oxford Nylon. High water proof standard - Water proof to 3000mm. Factory sealed seams (taped). 2 inch 3M Silver reflective striping on sleeves shoulder and waist.

Raincoat - Futher Specifications

STYLE: Knee length coat style reversible rain coat, length on size medium regular, YKK zipper front with double storm flap and snap down front, two slash front pockets.

Raincoat Fabric

Shell = 100% 210D Oxford Nylon. Passed Rain Test. Waterproof 3000MM, clear-coated.

Raincoat Front

There shall be a YKK zipper front with a double storm flap and a 5 button snap down closure, made of shell goods. There shall be 2 eyelets for holding badge on left breast.

Raincoat Pockets

There shall be two diagonal reinforced slash front pockets, made of shell goods.

Sewing / Seams

The shoulder seam, armhole, sleeve outseam, and all other joining seams shall be single needle.

Raincoat Sleeves

There shall be 3 underarm eyelets at armpit point on each side, for ventilation.

THREAD:
Must be 3-ply, #40 poly-core, vat dyed to match shell.

Interlining

The hood, front facings and pocket welts shall be interlined with a non-woven material.

EACH GARMENT WILL CARRY THE FOLLWING: MANUFACTURER'S NAME, "WPL" OR "RN" NUMBER AS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, FABRIC CONTENTS, SIZE AND COMPLETE LAUNDERING INSTRUCTIONS. LABELS WILL BE PERMANENT TO WITHSTAND REPEATED CLEANINGS FOR THE LIFE OF THE GARMENT.

Finishing

ALL GARMENTS SHALL BE FINISHED IN A FIRST CLASS WORKMANLIKE MANNER WITH ALL LOOSE THREADS REMOVED. THE OMISSION OR APPARENT OMISSION OF ANY WORDING OR SPECIFICATIONS SHALL MEAN THAT ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY INDUSTRY STANDARDS SHALL BE USED ON ALL FABRIC AND COMPONENT PARTS INCLUDING LABOR.
